Personnel administration, recruitment, selection and adaptation of new employees; facilitation of appraisal process; employee relation issues managing; competency management; internal communication related to personnel and organization changes; supporting in the definition and implementation of salary and reward system, career planning and job rotation etc. Maintain and implement HR policies, initiatives and specific projects within agreed timescales and budgets to support the delivery Company objectives.Required job experience, knowledge and skills: University Degree.Minimum 3 years of previous experience in various HR areas (at the role of HR Generalist).Strong experience in the field of HR document management.Strong experience in recruitment and selection.Proven experience in employee relations and a full understanding of Labour legislation (disciplinarians, performance management etc.).English language – upper intermediate level is a must.
