“Rayda” is looking for Incoming Specialist.

Responsibilities

•	Execute the company’s business strategies in order to attain the short term and long term goals
•	Dealing with daily reguests, tourists, & company local operations
•	Work on sales channels development and sustainable growth of the organization
•	Build relation with local industry players to maintain sustainable business growth
•	Taking part in business related national and international events, B2B meetings, representing company profile
•	Regular meetings with industry related units 
•	Product development – working over new offers to attract tourists
•	Monthly reporting to company director on the KPI achievement  and future plans

Professional Requirements:

•	Proven experience in tourism industry at least 2 years
•	Experience in servive, sales, front office
•	Local market knowledge, good network
•	Open to business  trips
•	Command of English (intermediate), Russian (good) and Uzbek languages
•	28+ years old
•	References from the previous employment needed
